I had the amazing opportunity to work out with Alissa Pool, the owner of BTONE Fitness. Alissa's fast-paced, full body, workout had me sweating and feeling strong all 50-minutes. I highly recommend trying her own workout called "THE CIR-CUT".
This class is beat and movement driven, and uses timed intervals that rotate from the rower to your mat where you use weight and resistance bands to target the three major areas you love to target, your Legs, Core and Arms.
Alissa had me laughing the entire time while really kicking my butt. Nothing beats a great workout, and I would highly recommend taking Alissa Pool's specially designed class to boost confidence and energy - just in time for swimsuit season.
