As a summer ritual, I always kick off the season with a new collection of swimsuits. It's always thrilling for me to explore the latest colors, cuts, and accessories and create unique, fun looks with what I can find. Here are a few new styles that have recently caught my eye and how I am styling them this Summer.
Red has been hot for a while now, and I love the statement it makes. Style a shade of red in one or two pieces with neutral pieces like white, raffia straw tones, brown, and black so the red takes center stage. Red is surprisingly very versatile to style; I recommend wearing it as a bold statement color for a swimsuit.
I have always loved a very simple, string-style bikini. It looks cool and minimal, and this design never goes out of style. I love the thin trim details on this Burberry string bikini; it's so classic and clean-looking without being over the top in our faces. Style this bikini with your favorite slides and a large bag and/or sun hat to balance the proportions of the bikini and oversized accessories.
