Supporting Local: Tallulah & Poppy

In this period of uncertainty and confusion, it’s important that we take the time to support our local businesses where we can. For the next few months, I’ll be focusing on giving back to my community and highlighting some of my favorite businesses in and around the Greater Boston area. In this blog post, I’ll be showcasing outfits from Tallulah & Poppy, a label out of Acton, MA that specializes in contemporary hand-crafted pieces.

What I love about Tallulah & Poppy is their fresh take on classic textiles! This floral skirt is perfect for when the weather starts to warm up: pair with your favorite jean jacket or tuck in a button-down shirt for that chic professional look. This signature red jacket is my go-to for a rainy day! Once you put on a Tallulah & Poppy garment, you’ll understand why they’re one of my favorites. The fit is impeccable and the quality of fabric is unmatched!

This video has me already thinking about what to wear to New York Fashion Week this fall! I wore this stunning gold top from Tallulah & Poppy the last time I was in NYC. It paired perfectly with my Dior saddle bag and classic Prada peep-toe pumps. In New York, it’s all about black and minimalism, but for a brighter look you can pair this top with their adorable floral skirt I wore above. The styling possibilities are endless!

Do we sense a theme here? I’m clearly a lover of all things black and gold! From this stunning metallic gold linen top to their chic and work-appropriate Jogger pants, Tallulah & Poppy officially has a piece of my heart. Everything they make is comfortable and impeccably sewn, it’s like they were made for my body! Pair the pants with a blouse for an important work meeting or toss on your favorite oversized white tee for a lazy day at home. This label has a pop of personality that hooks you from the start and keeps you coming back for more!
